Beit HaSofer
Connecting to History,
Touching the Future
The Itzik Tshuva Group is proud to present the Beit HaSofer project, an exclusive 8-story building with only 23 apartments. The project is located at 6 Kaplan Street, Tel Aviv.

Historic Preservation and Tribute to the Hebrew Writer
As part of the project, the preservation and restoration of Beit HaSofer, named after Shaul Tchernichovsky, will be undertaken. This building, designed by architect Dov Karmi in 1957, has been the home of the “Association of Hebrew Writers in Israel” to this day.
The planned preservation, overseen by architect Giora Soler, will restore the grandeur of the four-story building, which was originally designed in the spirit of its time, incorporating elements from the past with modern technology and innovation. Alongside the renovation of the association’s offices and library, a spacious auditorium will be built to host cultural and literary events. Historical artifacts, including Shaul Tchernichovsky’s writing desk, will be displayed in exhibitions held at the site.
History
The Beit HaSofer building was established in 1956 by Shaul Tchernichovsky and has served as a home for writers, creators, and intellectuals who have greatly contributed to the shaping of the State of Israel for the past 70 years.
For 70 years, the Beit HaSofer building has been an iconic structure and an integral part of the history of the State of Israel and the city of Tel Aviv. Thanks to the new project, the building will continue to be iconic for the next 70 years!

To live in the beating heart of Tel Aviv
In the heart of Tel Aviv and the Sarona complex, just a 5-minute walk from all of Tel Aviv’s business and high-tech districts, and a 5-minute walk from Habima Square and Rothschild Boulevard, lies the Beit HaSofer project. This fantastic location offers the best of both worlds: on one hand, a short walk to the cafes, restaurants, and cultural areas that define Tel Aviv and make it one of the most sought-after and renowned cities in the world, and on the other hand, close proximity to all the city’s business districts.

One of a kind
In the spring, there are many residential towers, but there is only one Beit HaSofer. The Beit HaSofer project offers the best of both worlds: living in the heart of Tel Aviv in a luxurious and intimate development with only 23 apartments. Currently, hundreds of residential towers are planned in Tel Aviv, making the Beit HaSofer project a truly unique offering that connects history and the future. For the convenience of the residents, the project includes a spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, treatment room, and an underground parking lot.
Architecture
The architectural design of the project is entrusted to the iconic architect, Ms. Lea Rubanenko, from the leading architectural firm ‘Rubanenko Architects.’ Rubanenko planned the project with careful attention to maintaining synergy between the new structure and the historic building. The architectural inspiration was drawn from the heritage of Beit HaSofer, with the building’s design symbolizing an open book.
The result: a beautiful, unique structure unlike any other in Tel Aviv. A building that truly stands out, something you don’t see every day.
